i love pixel fonts [clenches fist] so fucking much... and since you clicked the link to visit this page, i assume you do too! here's an archive with previews of various fonts, and sources to download them from!
tips
- the best sizes for each font can vary, and the creators often say in a readme file what size their font is intended for. i've found typically pixel fonts are created for size 8, 12, and 16. if something doesn't look right, try adjusting the size
- graphics programs often use anti-aliasing, which affects the edges of fonts. there should be settings to adjust it. you want this set to "none" for pixel fonts to display properly. you can also make a lot of non-pixel fonts appear pixelated this way as well. while the focus of this page is pixel fonts, i've also included fonts that look good pixelated; if a font you downloaded doesn't match how it appears here, try adjusting the anti-aliasing
