march 9, 2023 $7 this is a larger pinboard, the kind that retails $40 or more new. you can see from my shadow i really had to raise my arm to get the whole thing in a picture lmao. unfortunately i forgot to take a photo before i started painting it, so the pic is from after i'd started. o...ops :,) you can see how i customized this on my diys page |

january 21, 2023 $2 ok so. this movie is trash. but it's exactly the violent kinda trash i enjoy and i was delighted to add it to my dvd collection so cheaply |
january 8, 2023 $5 i'm not sure if this is truly vintage, but it is official strawberry shortcake merchandise. it included a little matching spoon! way too cute to pass up |

sometime between june - october 2022 $2 i had been looking for a powder puff and found this right on time! ty based hermes technically, the bunny itself holds powder, but i didn't trust the powder in it bc i didn't know how old it was, so i dumped it out and i don't store my powder in it. (older talcum powders can contain asbestos, a carcinogen. watch out if you find products with powder while thrifting!) i use the powder puff tail, tho! |

sometime between june - october 2022 $5 i actually had wanted a foot bath for a while, but kept putting it off bc they're often $40+ brand new. then hermes blessed me and i found this lol |
|
sometime between june - october 2022 $2.50 this is honestly one of the prettiest bowls i've ever seen. i almost passed on it, because it was $5... but then hermes blessed me and i noticed it had a 50% off tag. score!!! |
june 23, 2022 $3 i immediately knew i had to have this as soon as i saw it. hilariously it still had a tj maxx price tag on it, and it had been $15 even there. (since they're a discount reseller i shudder to think how much it originally cost lol.) i noticed it wasn't even this shade of pink before, because there were scratches that showed the original colors, along with the bottom not being painted. this thing had gone through three paint jobs before i got my hands on it - and of course i've painted it too, lol it's perfect for my nail polish collection and to display my statement earrings you can see how i customized this on my diys page |
june 23, 2022 $5 this was an accident. when i found it, i thought it was a fan, so i got it thinking it'd keep me cooler in summer. it's actually a heater :,) i mean... i've been using it in winter, so it was still a great find, just a funny one |
june 17, 2022 $2 oh my god. jesus christ. i can't handle this |
jun 17, 2022 $1.50 i just think it's neat and perfect to hold my fave candy. it fits perfectly on top of my desk and holds my notebooks up |
june 10, 2022 $5 i think this was orignally a carnival prize, based on the stuffing inside. still super cute. my only complaint is i wish it had the original share bear tummy mark with the milkshake, but that's just a care bears in general nitpick :,) |
june 1, 2022 $5 when i saw this, i immediately told charlie, "omg, we can bring coffee with us and have a gay picnic day for pride!" he chimed in with, "at the cemetary!" another shopper in the store walking by said, "that's a fabulous idea," to us, and honestly i had to get it after that |
june 1, 2022 $5 absolute fucking unit. manatees are my fave animal, he was cheap, and he's gigantic. i love him so much. picture of him next to my head for comparison |
may 24, 2022 $5 this is kidrobot brand. originally it retailed for $20, but now they go for a fair price, i suppose due to their branding and cuteness? i originally got it to be an asshole and resell, but now it lives in my plushie net |
may 22, 2022 $3 ($1 each) i actually got three of these! even though they were ugly as sin before i painted them, they were so cheap and useful i went ahead with the purchase. so glad i did lol. one is the atlus to my nail polish susan, and the other two are in my bathroom and kitchen cabinets making my life easier you can see how i customized this on my diys page |
may 16, 2022 $2 every thrifter is probably familiar with these worthless avon perfume bottles saturating the stores, lmao. but... there's just something so sweet about this one i can't help but adore it |
may 10, 2022 $5 i found this so recently after moving and needing a table lamp that it had to have been fate. the shade hangs a bit low, but that's my only gripe. they go for $30 (or more depending on the retailer) new, so score! you can see how i customized this on my diys page |
may 10, 2022 $.50 admittedly a very simple if not boring find, but i think it's super cute for $.50 |
sometime in 2018 $5 i fell in love with these without knowing they're popular in the vintage pastel community. i did a double take when i saw a tumblr post with the print making the rounds. easily my fave set of sheets |
